Introduction
With over 22 years of experience at the forefront of the performing arts, Tracy Dennis is a distinguished Creative Director, choreographer, and visionary whose career has spanned global stages and iconic brands. Her journey began as an ISTD-trained professional dancer, highly polished in Ballet, Modern, and Tap, which provided the technical foundation for her transition into world-class choreography and creative leadership.
Tracy’s early career as a performer saw her working alongside some of the industry’s most revered choreographers, an experience that honed her meticulous eye for detail and high production values. Her diverse portfolio includes performing on luxury cruise ships, training in the art of Cabaret and Burlesque in Paris, and serving as a principal dancer for the legendary Lido de Tournee. A familiar face on screen and stage, she frequently performed on Top of the Pops and The BRIT Awards, sharing festival lineups with stars such as Take That, Westlife, and The Prodigy. Her versatility also extended into the fashion world, where she was a sought-after presence for opening catwalks and runway walks.
At the age of 26, Tracy channeled her extensive industry knowledge into founding The IT Girls. Now in its 15th year, the agency has become a global leader in luxury entertainment under her guidance as Creative Director. Tracy is renowned for her ability to bring a vision to life with impeccable execution, managing everything from intricate choreography and sound mixing to lighting and bespoke costume design. Her dedication to excellence has earned the trust of some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including Sony, Mercedes-Benz, Channel 4, and The Virgin Group—receiving personal praise from figures like Sir Richard Branson.
